Lens 1:

We define an environment, as the experiences we create with people in a particular setting.

This lens gets you to unpack for most of us, our two biggest environments to date: our home and education environments. They are so important to be made aware of because they form our beliefs; which determine the way we think, feel and make decisions.

As we leave school, we start to seek out and create other environments that explore our curiosity and interests a lot more than our home and education environments ever did.

This is a great thing because you’re developing a different way you see the world around you.
